day 21 an abnormal one

Today we cycled 20-30 miles from a hostel in Snowdon to Llandudno. The fist thing we did today was ride on the Snowdonia mountain railway which set off at 9:30 for us and took an hour to get up. The views were amazing, naturally most of the time I had my head in my kindle and only looked up every now and then. At the top there was a cafe that blended in nicely with the acenery , we walked through it to get to the top. It was cold because of the wind but it was clear and the landscape looked almost faked. After half an hour the train people called us back to the train for the trip down. Our lunch was 11 miles away at a pub where I had bangers and mash and so did dad. After lunch we cycled across the Menai strait suspension bridge which dad was extremely intrested in. We cycled on and found Penryhn castle where we got an interview form a national trust staff. The castle was amazing and actually meant to be a stately home but it was huge and the family who owned it used lots of money for it. The next part is a joke because yet again the national cycle routes have peed us off this time on a beach and then through a field and back on to the beach again so I said to dad "its bumpy, its rocky, its uncycleable, it must be a national cycle route" , which we both found amusing. We got dinner of fish and chips at Conwy and as we couldn't find a b&b we came to Llandudno near the station to pick up Loong tommorow and found a nice b&b here. Today for some reason me and dad have been playing top "trumps" we have the following categoris : Smell, Distance travelled, Audibility, Pitch, Deadlyness and maybe you can make up you're own cleanliness has been a suggestion... Going out in a cloud,

over and out.
