Dwight (59) and; Lewis 13 Cycle Cycle Tour around the coast of the UK. 2014 to 2016, over 3 summers: 1st summer:-2650(ish) miles Exeter to Edinbugh in (roughly) 42 days
then 2nd summer 2015 600 miles 10 days, Edinburgh to London.
3rd Summer 2016 10 days complete full round uk coastal tour 500 Exeter to London miles (total mileage well over 3000 miles) a Young persons record!
Lewis, These were built for Brunei 10 years ago which then refused to accept them. Now destined for Indonesia. I was on one of them last Autumn when it came out of dry dock in Milford Haven. D
Ooops-Granny and the rabble better getting sorted and devise educational comments instead of the usual frivolities! Glad the brain cells are being exercised even though it is the holidays!
Late night edition:Granny wants you to know Lewis that Percy Mennell your second cousin served as a sailor in a corvette in South Africa and called on her while she was evacuated to Craddock during the war.
