Day 16

Today we cycled 38miles from Tenby to Mathry. We set off at 9:30 at cycled into town to see Barney's restraint and the Tudor house next door. After a look around and a coffee for dad we cycled to the station for the train we were going to take. (The big dissapointment...) There was no train! It turned out that there had to be a replacement bus which didn't take a bikes. So in the end we cycled till we came to Penbrook and as usual most places were closed but we found a nice cafe and as we were eating there was a marching welsh band. They were really good and dad took a video of them marching aparentely it was something to do with the fact that the town was twinned.

Cycling on we came to a toll bridge and had a sight of the Milford haven refinery which is a really massive and impressive industrial cathedral stretching its chimneys to the sky. At this point the sun was shining brightly so we spent 15 minutes to put on sun cream and roll down my arm and leggins . The next thing I knew we were in haverford west at 3 ish and needing another stop we found a Costa as there was literally no were else open. After a nice stop there we cycled 13 miles to a pub where we waited 2mins before John arrived to take us to his national trust field centre where he lives in a nice bunk house given by the national trust. Its a nice big place with lots of beds, kitchens and other normal stuff I really like it. So today I preparing for a 76 mile ride tommorow.
