Support vehicle day.

Today was a special day, as of the title we only cycled 25 miles from Newton Stewart to Port William. We woke up at 7:30 and had breakfast of scrambled eggs on toast and sausage. After breakfast we waited a bit as it was raining Kenny and dad chatted while I read. After a long time of this and seconds of hot chocolate Kenny kindly offered to take us to Newton Stewart from Kirkcudbright so as of the rain we took the offer and skipped 25miles in his dad's borrowed van yay, so I was happy about that. We put on some things like rain proof and for me extra gloves as we could see lots of rainclouds along the way we weren't wrong to do that. Soon it was raining heavily in short, harsh downpours but eventually when it needed we cycled on to Wigtown. We got there without getting any more wet and to a break in a nice looking cafe with loads of books inside and a seating area at the back, we shared a salmon pie thing that was nice.

Our next town was Withorn where we had another Victorian tea and cake the meal also had Scottish crumpets which are like pur normal ones but squashed like a pancake made flat. After that expensive little meal dad took a de tour of the town which I didn't want to do but we found a St Johns filling station and car repair which we both thought was worth a mention. I then didn't go further and waited for dad as he went down a hill to look more at the town and eventually came back up so we could now set off in the right direction. We did and had a race on the way to Port William I waon all of it apart from the freewheel downhill part. But our least favourite thing was the smell as we passed some of the cow fields it was overwhelming! We made it to Port William and our first thing to look at was a random statue of some fisherman we know nothing about. We took some photos there then as we could see the rain coming in from the sea we quickly cycled to literally the end house of Port William to our B&B we're enjoying. For dinner recommended by our host we went to a burger bar called The Streetery the couple running it are really nice and are travellers we had to burgers and a chips which we took back to eat at the b&b just as it started to rain so we were lucky! It was really nice burger and chipsand I do recommend it to you. Now as this looks like along post I'll leave it for now.
